Thomas Koeppel joined the Hexpol TPE group in 2015. He is based in Germany and responsible for the Group Product Management of the global TPE business. He has worked as scientific member and afterwards as team leader in different scientific and industry projects dealing with foaming of polymers and flame-retarded engineering thermoplastics. He studied material science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and followed up with a degree in polymer science and plastics engineering at University Bayreuth, where he also received a Ph.D.
