As recycling project leader within the Renault Material Engineering Department, Bertrand Cherpin is in charge of the improvement of the plastic recycled content of Renault Group’s vehicles, including the cross-functional management of decentralized polymer engineering teams dedicated to recycled plastic development at regional scale. He joined the automotive industry in 2005 in the NVH field (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), first in charge of the powertrain NVH performance in the low and medium frequencies and then in charge of the overall NVH performance of the gasoline engines, including the first generation of three-cylinder engines. Bertrand graduated in engineering from ECAM-Lyon (France).
