As a technical service team leader for Seating applications within HPU Comfort Systems, Srdjan Tadich and his team have the responsibility for the development of customer-tailored MDI based formulations meeting the latest OEMs requirements and implementation of those formulations. Focus of the work done is the development of technologies which would improve processability and comfort of the seats fulfilling current OEMs requirements. Prior to starting work within HPU, Srdjan has worked within the epoxy-based composite materials area and as an R&D lab manager. Srdjan holds a master’s degree in materials technology engineering from the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.
