Michael Behnke is leading the Advanced Development Group Europe at International Automotive Components (IAC). He joined the automotive supply chain in 2001 as a development engineer in the material engineering department at Lear Corp. Starting in 2008, he worked as product manager for overhead systems in the advanced engineering department at IAC Group, focusing on the development of headliners and pillars. In 2016, he became manager of the Advanced Materials & Process Group and, in 2017, senior manager of the Advanced Development Group Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree In chemical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in, Germany.
