In 2018, Silvia Hanzelova joined the Mondi Group as industry group manager responsible for the establishment and growth of tailor-made extrusion layered products for the automotive industry. Prior to joining Mondi, Silvia was working at Milliken Chemicals BVBA as a Development Engineer and later on as a key account manager responsible for the sales of clarifiers and nucleating agents at major polyolefin producers. Before starting her career in the private sector, Silvia worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Polymer Chemistry and Biomaterials Group at Ghent University, Belgium.
